Guys... you are really blowing this out of the water! We know that you are all on point now and really getting your teeth into this. Well done!

Oh and me and Kev were nearly brought to tears when you sang Happy Birthday for us!

A word for each of the souljahs...

Jake - a.k.a Banana Man :: Really liked your work today Jake. I saw that you had real respect for the professional equipment and put a lot of thought into your shots. I was really impressed that after agreeing to support your group's presentation by holding the Flip Chart paper you also managed to tell us a few of your ideas in front of the rest of the crew... Brilliant!

Kim - I hope you liked using the pro kit today and picked up some techniques along the way, particularly about lighting and the Da Vinci method of composing a picture. I was impressed with you willingness and enthusiasm once again.

Rob - Some great poses today for your team's shots, really caught the spirit of the project. Its good that you are always in and around the action as you have bags of energy. We'll certainly be looking to some of your talents when it comes to the performance arts and film work.

James. R - It was great to witness you using good communication skills to direct your shots today. We were on a tight timescale and you help your team hit the mark. Perhaps tomorrow you could tell Jim Gilroy, our Designer, about your interest in break dancing as this may influence the design themes and fonts.

Sallyanne - I was really impressed today with the way you took to the photo role-play. I can't wait to see your ideas in the performance arts and film sessions, I think your skills in drama will be really important to the project. The ideas for your presentation were really well thought out will without a doubt result in some quality posters tomorrow.

Jade - You really put some effort into the presentation ideas which gave the photo shoot loads of depth. Also you grew in confidence with the professional camera and studio equipment. You took some really good shots for your poster. Well done!

Olivia - I can see you are really taking to this opportunity to use pro equipment and skills. I thought you worked really well within the team today and helped the other teams as well as fulfilling your own ideas.
